New Century Scholarship Program
The New Century Scholarship Program (NCSP) was created by the 1999 Utah Legislature to provide scholarship opportunities to Utah students who complete a rigorous academic curriculum during high school. To be eligible, students must be a legal Utah resident and complete the requirements of an associate’s degree or the approved math and science curriculum at a Utah System of Higher Education (USHE) institution with at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA by September 1st of the year their class graduates from a Utah high school. It is important for students, parents, and counselors to understand the requirements of the NCSP and for interested students to plan their high school and college curriculum in advance.
To apply for the New Century Scholarship, complete an application and submit an official copy of your high school and college transcripts to the following address:
