Using the Matching Assistant The Matching Assistant will help you choose which campuses best meet your specifications. There are a number of different parameters from which you can choose. Once you have selected the options that best meet your requirements, you may view a list of all campuses that match your specifications. Because graduate students and undergraduate students have different requirements, there are two different Matching Assistants. Definition of Terms Setting: The type of area where the campus is located, such as small town or urban. Location within Utah: The region in Utah in which the campus is located. Major: The availability of a particular undergraduate program or major at the campus. Enter all or part of a major name to search. Student to Faculty Ratio: The ratio of students per faculty member. Total Campus Enrollment: The total number of students (graduate and undergraduate) enrolled at the campus. Sports: If you are interested in a particular sport and division, you can search for campuses that offer that sport.
Graduate Programs Offered: The availability of a particular graduate program or major at the campus. Enter all or part of a major name to search. Total Graduate Enrollment: The total number of graduate students (full-time and part-time) enrolled at the campus. Part-time Graduate Enrollment: The total number of part-time graduate/professional students enrolled at the campus. Distance Learning Available: Whether or not the institution offers a distance learning program. |
