Instructions
- Complete this entire online application.
- Freshman Applicants
Have official copies of your most recent high school transcripts sent to Westminster College directly from your high school (include the first grade report of your senior year).
Have your ACT or SAT I scores sent to Westminster College.
Submit a Guidance Counselor Recommendation form.
- Transfer Applicants
Have official copies of your college or university transcripts sent to Westminster College directly from all regionally accredited schools you have attended.
Have official copies of your high school transcripts sent to Westminster College if you have completed fewer than 45 quarter hours or 30 semester hours from a regionally accredited college or university.
- Scholarships and Financial Aid
To be considered for college-based grants and scholarships, students need only to apply for admission.
To apply for need-based financial aid, students must file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form as soon after January 1 as possible.
The FAFSA is available at high schools or colleges, or it can be obtained from the Westminster College Offices of Admissions or Financial Aid.
- Tuition Deposits
Following acceptance, students are asked to send a $250 tuition deposit as soon as possible.
The order in which deposits are received will determine class availability and class preference.
Special Notes for International Students
In addition to completing this application, international students must submit the following documents:
- An official, certified record of secondary and postsecondary school work with all courses and grades (results) listed.
- An explanation of the grading system used and an English translation of any records that are in languages other than English.
- TOEFL scores submitted directly to Westminster College if English is not the native language.
- Verification, in U.S. dollars, of the student’s ability to meet Westminster College’s annual costs:
(1) a bank statement, and (2) a student’s or sponsor’s statement of financial responsibility with appropriate signature.

How to Use the Westminster College Online Application
|
To complete the online application, simply type your answers in the corresponding fields or select your answers from
the popup lists (where applicable).
After you complete a screen, click the NEXT button at the bottom or on one of the sections listed on the left
column to move to a different screen. Before you are allowed to jump screens, we will inspect your data on the current
screen for errors or inconsistencies. If errors or omissions are found, you will be returned to the screen to correct
your answer(s). Otherwise, your data will be saved and you will proceed to the requested screen. We also allow you to
skip to another screen without your new data being saved. Be aware that if you use the Skip & Jump function
on the left column, data on the current screen will not be saved and will have to be re-entered prior to submittal.
Once you have completed the application, click the 'SUBMIT' button located on the left column to submit the
application.
